How could You forget, God?

How could you forget God? How could YOU forget?

You, who are omnipotent?

You, who are all-knowing?

All powerful? All wise?

You, who know the universe, atom by atom?

How could you forget God? How could YOU forget?

You who know the deepest and most hidden thoughts of man?

You who know the ways of all living creatures?

You, who are beyond what anyone can imagine, beyond what any human being can comprehend?

How could You forget God? How could YOU forget?

Your wisdom surpasses that of every creature that has ever lived.

Your memory is more vast than any creature

No technology, no invention of man can ever compare with it.

And yet, here I am, asking You – How could You forget, oh God? How could YOU forget?

Or rather, how great are You, and how great is Your love that you chose to forget?

How could you forget my sin oh God?

I don’t know.

But I am forever grateful.
